Payments

To make an online payment, please log into your parent portal using this LINK.
A 2.9% convenience fee will be added to all credit card purchases.  
Cash and check are preferred forms of payment, and you may send in with your dancer.
Upon successful completion of payment you should receive confirmation via email. 

Tuition

Tuition is due the 1st of each month.  Tuition paid after the 15th of the month will be charged a $10 late fee. 
If your account has a tuition balance from the previous month, and you incur a second month late fee, your dancer may not return to class until your balance is paid in full. 
Tuition will be prorated for the month of June, to incorporate missed days due to inclement weather and holidays if 36 sessions were not available prior to recital.  Studio closings will be posted on the website, and listed with local news agencies. 
A 50% discount shall be applied to any portion of your monthly tuition that exceeds $100.  Please check with us to make sure your tuition reflects this offer! 

All costume fees must be paid in full by the due date stated on the calendar of events.  If costumes are not paid for by the due date, a 10% late charge will be assessed to your account. Costumes will not be given until they have been paid for in full.

Rates are subject to change at any time.  Full tuition is due every month regardless of the number of weeks in a month, holidays, weather cancellations or absences.   
No refunds will be issued for absences.  We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as a form of payment. American Express is accepted as online payment, but not as a form of payment at the studio desk.
