Recital Reminders
Rehearsal
Dress rehearsal will start promptly at 10:30AM for Show 1 and 3:30PM for Show 2 in the auditorium. Please have your dancer dressed for their first number, dancers should not wear their tap shoes for the finale.

Our rehearsal is a full-dress rehearsal. Dancers should be dressed in their costumes with full hair and makeup.

Please make sure your dancer's shoes are clean and all stickers are removed from them.

For makeup, we recommend your dancer wears at a minimum blush and lipstick. This helps to be able to see their faces from the stage.

Dancers are permitted to leave after their last number at rehearsal as we practiced the finale prior to the start of the show.

Dancer Lineup: Please drop off your dancer backstage 3 numbers prior to their dance. This gives us time to line them up, and for you to return to your seat. We will have teachers backstage checking dancers in and waiting with them for pickup after their dance. For example, if your dancer is #4; they should be backstage during #1.

Recital
Our shows will start promptly at 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM. There will be a 10 minute intermission during the show. Please see below for specific details about the recital.

Doors Open 9:30AM and 2:30PM: Please have your tickets printed. Upon entry, your ticket will be validated and you will receive a stamp on your right hand. You will then proceed to the center auditorium doors to our volunteers for a program and to find your seats. Those without a stamp will not be permitted into the auditorium, except for children 3 and under.

Finale: All dancers are learning a finale number, We ask if you are able to stay until the end of the show to see your dancer perform in the finale. Your dancer can wear any costume they'd like. Dancers should not wear tap shoes for this number. Dancers can be picked up on stage after the finale.

Costumes: In addition to your dancer's shoes, makeup, and costumes, please ensure your dancer has a cover-up for the day of the recital. Dancers should keep their costumes covered until they are ready to perform.

Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase during recital and rehearsal. CASH ONLY

Food and drinks are not permitted in the auditorium. Please eat and drink all food outside the auditorium.

Merchandise including tights and some shoes will be available for purchase.

During the recital, flowers & balloons for your dancer will be available for purchase. CASH ONLY

Photo and video will not be permitted will not be permitted during recital, only during rehearsal.

Please check the lost and found as items will be discarded after recital.
