Our Staff
Premier Dance Academy is proud to sponsor the Hampton Dance Program. Premier Dance Academy began sponsoring the Hampton Dance Program in the Spring of 2020 and has grown it to include over 75 plus families in the Hampton Community. Premier Dance Academy has three teachers and a program manager who support the Hampton Dance Program in addition to the Hampton Community Center Staff.

Miss Tracy
The owner of Premier Dance Academy, Miss Tracy, has thirty-plus years of dance experience. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh and continued her love for dance by attending Point Park University, majoring in dance. Miss Tracy has mentored over 500 students and won awards for choreography, entertainment, and studio excellence. She prides herself on making sure her dancers have fun and have one common goal DANCE!

Miss Shannon
One of the original and formal teachers of the program, Miss Shannon, serves as our Program Manager. She runs everything behind-the-scenes from communications to emails to additional coordination. Miss Shannon has danced for over twenty years and is part of the first graduating class at Premier Dance Academy. During the day, Miss Shannon works at Dick's Sporting Goods in Talent Acquisition. She is excited to continue to be part of this program and loves watching all students find their love for dance!

Miss Brianna

Miss Brianna grew up in Wexford, PA where she started dancing at the age of three. She began her training locally and studied for several summers at Point Park University. She has studied ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip-hop, and contemporary. She was a member of the competition team at Michele’s Dance Center and Dance Mechanics where she had won many awards, titles, and scholarships throughout the years. She was on the North Allegheny Dance team all four years of high school where she served as a Co-Captain her senior year. Her passion of dance continued throughout college at Duquesne University
where she served as the social media officer, National’s Co-Chair and Fundraising Officer; furthermore, was apart of the winning team that received a National Division 1 Championship Award in Team Performance. During her time at Duquesne, she helped choregraphed their national’s routines, halftime shows, and showcase performances. Miss Brianna studied Middle Level Education with a concentration in Mathematics. She recently graduated this Spring of 2023. During the day, she is a teacher at a local
school district. She joined Premier Dance Academy to continue her passion of dance to share the dedication and love of this art to the next generation. She is super excited for the season to start!
Miss Rebecca
Miss Rebecca began dancing at the age of 2 in Northern Virginia. She has danced in many dance genres, including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, and modern. She danced in both regional and national dance competitions leading up to high school.
She also performed in ballets such as The Nutcracker, Carmen, Giselle, and Snow White while in high school. From 2016-2017, she performed as an apprentice with the Gainesville Ballet Company (now Virginia National Ballet). She also started teaching her own dance classes that same year.n 2019, Rebecca graduated from DeSales University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance. Since graduating, she has taught dance in Northern Virginia to kids of all ages. After getting married in June 2022, she moved to the Pittsburgh area. Miss Rebecca is very excited to be teaching at the Hampton Dance Program.
