Miss Christy grew up in Cranberry Township, PA and began dancing when she was 2 years old and began competing at the age of 4. She studied dance as a child competitively and recreationally for fourteen years. Christy took some time off from dance to pursue a Pharmacy Doctorate, returning quickly to the competitive dance world in ballroom. For almost twenty years, Miss Christy has studied American Rhythm, American Smooth, and International Latin and International Standard styles and trained with multiple world-champion ballroom dancers. She has competed and won in NDCA single and multi-dance events, including scholarships and Best of the Best Challenges. Miss Christy has two young children, both already starting their journeys with dance, and enjoys sharing her love of dance with her children and students.
